Individual therapy for children and adolescents struggling with a variety of difficulties including social and/or academic functioning, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, oppositional behavior, religious identity, sexual orientation questions, life transitions and every day stressors.

Couples Therapy

For relationship issues including communication difficulties, conflict transformation, intimacy and/or sexual challenges, loss of interest or love, separation consideration, among other marital and relationship challenges, as well as for those couples who want to put the joy and romance back into their relationship.

 

Parenting & Family Therapy

For parents or co-parents seeking guidance to more effectively parent their children (of all ages), and who want to derive more joy from parenting, and time spent with their children.

For families struggling with every day co-existence and/or needing help navigating conflict, family therapy can dramatically improve familial relationships and promote a better functioning family unit

Mindfulness

The demands of today’s world are increasing and ever changing and many of us aren’t yet equipped to adequately respond to the overwhelming amount of stimulation. Mindfulness and meditation can be invaluable tools in providing people relief from every day life stressors. I incorporate these practices in my work, as needed, and also offer mindfulness training as a therapy in and of itself. I offer meditation groups and workshops, as well, upon request.
